Immigration Physicals: What to Expect From the Immigration Medical Exam

In the United States, a Immigration Exam are normally required in the case of a change of status, for example, if you were to apply for a green card (Form I-485) or a request for “V” nonimmigrant status (Form I-539). In order to get a physical exam, you need to get an immigration doctor who is authorized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
